We are experts in design and delivery of trainings and coaching programmes, including the related development of interactive follow-up tools and the project management.

Centrally managed training and launch events

Thanks to our experience in the development and rollout of dozens of supranational trainings and launch events we offer all steps along the deployment chain from training design and train-the-trainers, to the adaptation in each language and market up to rollouts on country level.

Job role training programmes and certifications

Since many years we carry out certifications of job profiles in dealer networks and international trainer certifications for brands.

To us these are real didactical and methodological flagship projects, in which apart from the usual procedure from job descriptions and competency profiles up to written and oral exam, we like to go beyond with individual follow-up training schedules and mentoring plans.

Coaching projects

In coaching and consultancy projects we start with a carefully designed status quo analysis of performance, workflows and internal communication.

The persisting memory of a great experience helps keeping the content alive, once back at everyday work.

Whenever there is the chance of supporting an event’s message with the choice of the location, we are enthusiasts of creating a coherent atmosphere and providing an experience of exemplary hospitality, – which does not necessarily mean luxury.

Besides the creative part we are happy to provide turn-key-solutions including all logistical and organizational aspects. This we have done in several occasions as incoming agency for motivational events in Spain.
